Attach this label to your package and drop off at your nearest Post Office. Please ensure to obtain proof of posting receipt. You will receive an email notifying you that your return has been received and processed.
If returning sale items please ensure to send via Recorded Delivery and obtain proof of purchase so your order can be tracked, as MonkeyMcCoy are not liable for goods that do not arrive. All delivery charges are paid for by the sender.

In addition to your legal rights, sale items are eligible for return within 7 days of you receiving your order provided that the garments are unworn, in a saleable condition and have their original labels.

We can only exchange an item subject to availability. If you wish to make an exchange, please email us your required item and relevant size and we will reserve it for you if the item is in stock.
Please note exchanged items can only be dispatched once the original item has been returned.

You will receive your refund or exchanged order (when in stock) within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charge.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they do not meet the conditions above. We strongly advise all customers to check all items received thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
We must be notified within 48hours should you receive a faulty or incorrect item with a description and photo of the product concerned. Please contact our customer service team to notify them immediately and arrange a refund or exchange.
