We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, will not be dispatched until the following Monday (or next working day following a Bank Holiday).

There are a number of delivery methods available which are dependant on the weight of the package, speed of delivery required and the final destination. Orders are sent by Royal Mail Business Tracked & Signed or DHL Express and a signature will be required on receipt of the goods. If you provide a mobile number you will also receive delivery updates via text message as well as e mail confirmation.

We have tried to keep our delivery charges as cost effective as possible while still offering a great service, however if you require the items quicker please select the express delivery method. Delivery costs are detailed in the tables above. Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout stage.

Track Your Order

UK and International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and DHL who are known for their excellent customer service. After placing an order with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email to say that your order has been completed. Royal Mail or DHL will then text and email you with your tracking number and further delivery options.

Undelivered Items

If your parcel is returned to us as it was not collected from Royal Mail / DHL after they attempted to deliver and left notification, we may ask you to pay an additional shipping fee to have the item reshipped.

Customs/ Duty Charges Outside the UK

Please note any applicable customs charges, import duty and VAT can apply for deliveries outside of the UK. As the recipient of our products, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country shipped to. We have no control over these extra charges and they are to be paid by the customer. We cannot advise what the charges will cost, these are paid once the parcel reaches its destination. Payment maybe necessary to release your parcel. Any orders returned to sender or refused due to customs fees, they will be subject to restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to customs.

Out of stock items

If an item is out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you an approximate delivery date, offer an alternative or refund. Anything that is temporarily out of stock can be kept on backorder for you, and will be sent to you at no extra cost as soon as it is back in stock.
