We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of the order being placed. If the item is not in stock we will inform you and give you an approximate delivery date. However we are reliant on our suppliers.
We aim for your order to reach you within 3-5 days working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery and a signature will be required on receipt of the goods.
We have tried to keep our delivery charges as cost effective as possible while still offering a great service. Pricing details are as follows however you will not need to calculate delivery as this will all be done for you at the checkout stage.

Anything that is temporarily out of stock can be kept on backorder for you, and will be sent to you at no extra cost as soon as it is back in stock – you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have a specific enquiry
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Monkey McCoy, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please complete the returns form and send your items back by recorded delivery. We can only accept items for a refund or exchange if the goods are in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging.
We do not pay for the return postage charges and cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us.

You will receive your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 5 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Your refund will exclude the original delivery charge.
